TOWN OF ASHFORD

LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Decision of the Honorable
Peter L. Grimm in Fond du Lac County Case No. 16 CV 380, the Town of
Ashford Board of Appeals will convene on August 14, 2017, at 6 pm. at
the Ashford Town Hall, N1410 Rolling Drive, for the sole purpose of
making a record of its deliberations and findings with respect to the
prior grant of the Special Exception Use Permit dated August 1, 2016
to Batzler Trucking, Inc., for conducting non-metallic mining
operations and resource extraction on the property located on W2545
Ashford-Auburn Drive, owned by Michael H. Wiesner and identified by
Parcel Tax Identification numbers T02-13-18-25-04-001-00,
T02-13-18-25-01-001-00.  

The meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to
attend.  However, there will be NO public comment and NO testimony
taken at the meeting given that, pursuant to and in compliance with
the above-referenced Decision, the sole purpose of the meeting is for
the Board to make a record of its deliberations and findings with
respect to the prior grant of the said Special Exception Use Permit. 


Members of the Town of Ashford Town Board and of the Town of Ashford
Planning Commission may be in attendance, but will not take any action
at the meeting.
