TOWN OF ASHFORD
                                             NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 14, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford
Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning
Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation
to the Town Zoning Board the application of Ice Age Hill LLC, P.O. Box
710, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be from A-1 Farmland
Preservation to General Residential District. Purpose of rezoning is
to divide a 2 acre parcel (Lot 1) around a parcel of land to be sold
to  son of Robert Twohig(one of the members of Ice Age Hill LLC) for
the construction of a residential house. The remaining acreage is
being retained by the Ice Age Hill LLC and will be continued to be
cultivated and the forested area will continue to be used as a wood
land and  hunting area. Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue ,
Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning.

Location: A part of the NE 1/4 of the fractional NE1/4
Section3, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
