TOWN OF ASHFORD
                                        
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on November 14, 2017, immediately following
the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the
Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning
Committee concerning the application of Ice Age Hill LLC, P.O. Box
710, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood
Avenue., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of
rezoning is to divide a  2 acre parcel ( Lot1) around a parcel of land
to be sold to son of Robert Twohig(one of the members of Ice Age Hill
LLC) for the construction of a residential house. The remaining
acreage is being retained by the Ice Age Hill LLC and will be
continued to be cultivated and the forested area will continue to be
used as a woodland and hunting area. Rezoning will be A-1 Farmland
Preservation to General Residential District.

Location: A part of the NE1/4 of the fractional NE 1/4
Section 3 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting
is open to the public.
