The Spending Revolt tour is coming to Fond du Lac on Wednesday. Mark Block, Wisconsin state director for Americans for Prosperity, said the stop would provide an opportunity for taxpayers to send politicians a message. The visit, he said, is part of a national tour designed to draw attention to how the federal government's spending negatively affects American taxpayers. The tour will make a stop from noon to 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park at South Main Street and Western Avenue. Featured speakers include Joe the Plumber and Fond du Lac resident Calvin Freiburger.
