October 17, 2017 Town of Ashford Zoning Board Meeting Notice – Kathleen Wilke Rezoning Request

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on November 14, 2017, immediately following
the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the
Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning
Committee concerning the application of Kathleen Wilke, N2311 Meadow
Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood
Avenue., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of
rezoning is to divide a 5.612 acre parcel (Lot 1) around the existing
house, barn and outbuildings which are a parcel of the original
homestead, which is being proposed to be sold to the current owner’s
son. The remaining acreage is being retained and to be continued to be
cultivated. Rezoning will be A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General
Agriculture District.

Location: A part of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ and a part of the
SE ¼ of the NW1/4
Section 15 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting
is open to the public.

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
