TOWN OF ASHFORD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 24, 2018, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Cloverhill Dairy LLC, W4306 Cloverland Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, N3756 Hickory Rd. Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a total of 19.604 acre parcel into 2 residential lots. Lot 1 shall be 13.115 acres and lot 2 will be 5.598 acres. The remaining acreage of the 19.604 acres falls within the road-right-of-way of Superior Dr. and will be dedicated to the Town of Ashford via the Certified Survey map. Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
