TOWN OF ASHFORD – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 23, 2019 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Floyd and Elizabeth Rettler, N1478 County Rd. W., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to Exclusive  Residential. Purpose of rezoning is owners want to build a new house and sell existing house to son.  Rezoning is 2 acres. Jacob Land Surveying LLC, W8057 Randallwood Ln., Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.
