LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Town of Ashford Town Hall, N1410 Rolling Drive, Campbellsport, Wisconsin, the Town of Ashford Plan Commission will meet to make a recommendation to the Town of Ashford Town Board regarding proposed amendments to the Town Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to modify the Town’s Exclusive Residential district to prohibit all livestock other than up to 10 poultry (excluding roosters) confined at least 50’ from neighboring residences.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that immediately following the meeting and recommendation of the Plan Commission, the Town of Ashford Town Board will receive the recommendation and conduct a public hearing thereon. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Immediately following the public hearing, the Town Board may take action to approve the proposed amendment. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the proposed amendment by contacting Town Clerk Tracy Flasch at 920-533-5053.
