TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 8, 2024 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Darlene Schaub Irrevocable Trust, C/O Mike Schaub 514 Emerson Ave., Ripon , WI 54971.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture. Rezoning is 36.3 acres. Purpose of rezoning is to create 3 lots of +/-12 acres, 12 acres and 11 acres. Jacob Land Surveying LLC, W 8057 Randallwood lane, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.  Location: NW ¼ of NW ¼ Except the West 562’ of the South 285’
Section 36, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. Town Board members are urged to attend.
