TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 8, 2024, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Darlene Schaub Irrevocable Trust, C/O Mike Schaub 514 Emerson Ave, Ripon, WI 54971. Jacob Land Surveying LLC, W8057 Randallwood Lane, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to create 3 lots of +/- 12 acres, 12 acres and 11 acres. Rezoning is 36.3 acres. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.

Location: NW ¼ of NW ¼ Except the West 562’ of the South 285’ Section 36 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
