TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 13, 2024 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 the Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Frank and Donna Stoffel, W2589 Haven Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Residential. Rezoning is 5 acres. Purpose of rezoning is to create a new 5 acre lot for the construction of a new Single Family Home. Compass Surveying, N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.

Location: A part of the SE ¼ of the NE 1/4, On the North side of Haven Drive, approximately 1330’ East of Elmore Drive Section 24, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
