PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 14, 2023, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Francis and Doreen Ruplinger, N2267 Hwy V, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Jacob Land Surveying LLC, W8057 Randallwood Lane, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to sell parcel for residence. Rezoning is 11 acres +/-. Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.
Location: Part of SE ¼ of SW ¼ and SW ¼ of SE ¼. Begin at intersection of west line of Eisenbahn trail and centerline of Campbell Drive.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
