PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 18, 2019, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Cloverhill Dairy LLC, W4306 Cloverland Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, N3756 Hickory Rd. Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a 50.225 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 shall be a 9.018 acre lot, having a zoning of General Agriculture and Outlot 2 shall be a 41.025 acre lot, which shall remain in the Exclusive Agriculture zoning. The remaining acreage of the .002 acres falls within the road-right-of-way of County Trunk Hwy H and will be dedicated via the Certified Survey map.( ONLY LOT 1 of the CSM is being requested to be rezoned.) Rezoning will be Exclusive Agriculture/ Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture District.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
