TOWN OF ASHFORD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
                                        
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on September 12, 2017, immediately following
the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the
Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning
Committee concerning the application of Joe Nolan, W2787 Haven Dr.,
Campbellsport, WI 53010. 

Property is located on W2668 Scenic Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Joe
Nolan, W2787 Haven Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 is initiating the
rezoning.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture

Purpose of rezone is to create a 2 lot certified survey map. Lot 1
will be a 5 acre parcel in the northwest corner including home and
buildings. Lot 2 will be the remainder of the parcel(appox. 34
acres).Roughly an acre of road dedication will come off the parcel
acreages when the csm is completed.

Location: A part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ 
Section 36 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. 

The meeting is open to the public.
