TOWN OF ASHFORD FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN

LEGAL NOTICE - PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 12 at 6:00 pm, at the Ashford Town Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010, the Town of Ashford Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the application of HH&J Aggregate Landscape Supply for a special exception to conduct non-metallic mining operations and resource extraction on the property located on N836 County Road W, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

The proposed property is owned by The Town of Ashford, and identified by Parcel Tax Identification number T02-13-18-27-04-001-00.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.

The members of the Town of Ashford Town Board and Town of Ashford Planning Commission may be in attendance, but will not take any action at the hearing.

The Board of Zoning Appeals may take final action on this Special Exception request at the meeting.
