The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Koch Family Irrevocable Trust, N3197 US Hwy 45, Eden WI 53019.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agricultural.   
Purpose of rezoning is to create a new lot for the construction of a single family home. Compass Surveying LLC, N3756 Hickory Road Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.
