The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Koch Family Irrevocable Trust, N3197 US Hwy 45, Eden WI 53019. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agricultural.

Rezoning is 3.529 acres. Purpose of rezoning is to create a lot around the existing farm buildings to the existing cultivation line.
