PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 9, 2026 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010.
The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Koch Family Irrevocable Trust, W3197 Hwy 45, Eden, WI 53019.
Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Residential. Purpose of rezoning is to create a lot for a single family home.
Acres to be rezoned 2.500 acres. Total acres is 2.705 with .205 acres dedicated to the public. Compass Surveying LLC, N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.
Location: Vacant Land on the North side of Ridge Lane. A part of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼
Section 9-T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin
