The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Koch Family Irrevocable Trust, N1397 US Hwy 45, Eden WI 53019. Compass Surveying, N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to create a lot around the existing farm buildings to the existing cultivation line. Rezoning is 3.529 acres. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.
