                                             NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 3,2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ashford
Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., The Planning Committee will conduct a
Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board
the application of Jeffery and  Aimee Schmidt, 235 Linden Ct Apt. D,
Lomira, WI 53048. Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture. 
Rezoning will be 22.92 acres. Purpose of rezoning to build a single
family home. Jeffery and Aimee Schmidt, 235 Linden Ct. Apt D., Lomira,
WI 53048  is initiating the rezoning.

Location: SW1/4 of SE1/4.
