TOWN OF ASHFORD - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 7, 2026 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010.

The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Stan Brath, N910 Contour Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.  

Lot 1-23.08 acres is to be rezoned, Total acres is 24.02.

Purpose of rezoning is to create lot for sale to son. Stan Brath, N910 Contour Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010 is initiating the rezoning.

Location: part of the N/W ¼ S/W ¼ and part of the S/W ¼ S/W 1/4

Section 21-T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
