PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 29, 2025, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of William and Christine Eickhoff, N9852 Schoenborn, New Holstein, WI 53061.

Clara Eickhoff, N9852 Schoenborn Rd, New Holstein, WI 53061 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is for the Eickhoff’s daughter to build a house.

Rezoning is 5 acres. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.

Location: A part of the NW ¼ - NW ¼ Section 12 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting.
