TOWN OF ASHFORD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 10, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford
Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning
Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation
to the Town Zoning Board the application of Michael & Shirley Koch,
W3645 Hwy 67, Campbellsport, WI 53010 and Paul & Sharon Koch, W3563
Hwy 67, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be Outlot 1 from A-1
Farmland Preservation to General Residential. Outlot 2 and Outlot 3
will be rezoned from A-1Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.
Outlot 4 is to remain Farmland Preservation with a Special Exception
to be placed on this lot that when this Outlot and the portion of the
SE1/4 –NE ¼, Section 16-13-18(adjoining property to the west) is
conveyed to the Wiedmeyer Farm that this Outlot can’t be sold
independently from this adjoining westerly parcel. Purpose of rezoning
is to divide a 2 acre parcel(Outlot 1) around the existing barn and
outbuildings which are part of the original homestead. The remaining
acreage is being sold to a working farm. Due to the layout of the
existing roads and the current zoning regulations for this existing
tax parcel, additional lots need to be created(Outlots 2, 3, and 4)
Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue , Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is
initiating the rezoning.

Section15, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin
