PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 28,2025, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010, the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Barbara Vandervaart, 6666 S 12th Street, Sheboygan WI 53081. Jacob Land Surveying, W8057 Randallwood Lane, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.
Purpose of rezoning is to sell existing farmhouse and building on 5 acres. Rezoning is 5 acres. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public.
The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
