PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 2,2026, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010, the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Randy Wolf, W1407 Lovers Road, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Josh Birkholz, 6494 Aurora Road, West Bend, WI 53095 is initiating the rezoning.

Purpose of rezoning is to purchase and build and single family detached dwelling or two-family dwelling capable of housing my family and in-laws.  

Rezoning is 34.975 acres.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture.

Location: NE-SW Section 31 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
