       LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 13, 2016 at 6:00 pm , at the Ashford
Town Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Town of
Ashford Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the
application of Batzler Trucking Inc. for a special use permit to
conduct  non-metallic mining operations and resource extraction on the
property located on W2545 Ashford-Auburn Drive, Campbellsport, WI
53010. Farm property on Ashford-Auburn Dr. just before the Auburn town
line. Property is just west of the subdivision.  The proposed property
is owned by Micheal H. Wiesner, and identified by Parcel Tax
Identification number(s) T02-13-18-25-04-001-00,
T02-13-18-25-01-001-00. The site is approximately 58.66 acres, and is
zoned Farmland Preservation District.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are
encouraged to attend. The members of the Town of Ashford Town Board
and Town of Ashford Planning Commission may be in attendance, but will
not take any action at the hearing. The Board of Zoning Appeals may
take final action on this Special Use Permit request at the meeting.
