PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on February 20, 2017, immediately following
the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the
Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning
Committee concerning the application of 8-ONE-49 LLC,8202 Highland
Drive,  Kewaskum, WI 53040. Property is located at W3133 St. Kilian
Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood
Avenue., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning.

Rezoning will be 11.742 acres this includes road right away

Rezoned from A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture.

Location: A part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
Section 35, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting
is open to the public.
