After signing up, you will receive an email anytime a real estate document containing your name is recorded in the Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds Office. Land Notification can be used to: Monitor real estate transactions in your name. Provide buyers of property with information about when their new deed is recorded. Verify a satisfaction instrument has been recorded when a mortgage has been paid off.
