Town of Ashford Residents:

Bowmar Appraisal is currently doing assessments of all properties in
the Township.  This is done approximately every 8 years.  The last
assessment was done in 2008.  

The Appraiser will knock on your door to see if you are home and to
ask if they can do a walk-through for the purposes of the
assessment/valuation of property.  

If you are not home, they will walk around the outside of your
property to do their assessment/valuation of property.

They will have identification on them that will show you upon request.
