TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 10, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Michael & Shirley Koch, W3645 Hwy 67, Campbellsport, WI 53010 and Paul & Sharon Koch, W3563 Hwy 67, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be Outlot 1 from A-1 Farmland Preservation to General Residential. Outlot 2 and Outlot 3 will be rezoned from A-1Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture. Outlot 4 is to remain Farmland Preservation with a Special Exception to be placed on this lot that when this Outlot and the portion of the SE1/4 –NE ¼, Section 16-13-18(adjoining property to the west) is conveyed to the Wiedmeyer Farm that this Outlot can’t be sold independently from this adjoining westerly parcel. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a 2 acre parcel(Outlot 1) around the existing barn and outbuildings which are part of the original homestead. The remaining acreage is being sold to a working farm.
