TOWN OF ASHFORD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 10, 2017, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Michael & Shirley Koch, W3645 Hwy 67, Campbellsport, WI 53010 and Paul & Sharon Koch, W3563 Hwy 67, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a 2acre parcel(Outlot 1) around the existing barn and outbuildings which is part of the original homestead. The remaining acreage is being sold to a working farm. Due to the layout of the existing roads and the current zoning regulations for this existing tax parcel. Additional lots need to be created(Outlot2, 3 and 4). Rezoning will be Outlot 1 from Farmland Preservation to General Residential. Outlot 2 and Outlot 3 will be rezoned from Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture. Outlot 4 is to remain Farmland Preservation with a Special Exception to be placed on this lot that when this Outlot and the portion SE1/4-NE ¼, Section 16, T13N-R18E(adjoining property to the west)is conveyed to the Wiedmeyer Farm that this Outlot can’t be sold independently from this adjoin westerly parcel.
