TOWN OF ASHFORD
                                             NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 17, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford
Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning
Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation
to the Town Zoning Board the application of Ken Beisbier, N1063 Mink
Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be Lots 1, 2 and 3  from
General Residential to Exclusive Residential. Purpose of rezoning is 
to divide a 8.521 acre parcel into 4 residential lots. Lots 1, 2, 3
are being split into 1.5 acre lots. Lot 4 is 3.16 which is being
retained by Ken Beisbier and shall remain zoned General Residential.
Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue , Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is
initiating the rezoning.

Location: A part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and a part of the NW
¼ of the SE 1/4
Section22, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
