TOWN OF ASHFORD
                                        
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on October 17, 2017, immediately following
the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall,
N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the
Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning
Committee concerning the application of Ken Beisbier, N1063 Mink Ln.,
Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue.,
Fond du Lac, WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning
is to divide a  8.521 acre parcel into 4 residential lots. Lots 1, 2,
3 are being split into 1.500 acre lots. Lot 4 is 3.160 which is being
retained by Ken Beisbier and shall remain zoned General Residential.
Rezoning will be Lots 1, 2, 3 from General Residential to Exclusive
Residential. Location: A part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and a
part of the NW ¼ of the SE 1/4

Section 22 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s
recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board
will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting
is open to the public.
