TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 14, 2017 @ 7:00 pm at the Ashford
Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Planning
Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation
to the Town Zoning Board the application of Kathleen Wilke, N2311
Meadow Lane, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be from A-1
Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agricultural District. Purpose of
rezoning is to divide a 5.612 acre parcel (Lot 1) around the existing
house, barn and outbuildings which are a parcel of the original
homestead, which is being proposed to be sold to the current owners
son. The remaining acreage is being retained and to be continued to be
cultivated. Compass Surveying LLC, 611 Kingswood Avenue , Fond du Lac,
WI 54935 is initiating the rezoning.

Location: A part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and a part of the SE
¼ of the NW 1/4
Section 4, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin
