TOWN OF ASHFORD 2017 PROPERTY TAX COLLECTION NOTICE

Your 2017 tax bill(s) have been mailed. If you did not receive a tax
bill please send an emial to: [email protected]

How to Pay Your Taxes:
You are encouraged to pay by mail.
Payments will be accepted at National Exchange Bank & Trust during the
dates & times listed below.

Payment amounts are included on the payment stub(s) located at the
bottom of your tax bill(s). Enclose appropriate payment stub(s) with
your payments. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would
like a payment receipt. Do not enclose the original tax bill.

Payments will be accepted in the form of a personal check, cashier’s
check or money order. Make checks payable to: Town of Ashford. If
paying with an escrow check, verify the check meets or exceeds the tax
bill amount and endorse the escrow check. Overpayments will be
refunded within four weeks of payment.

Mailing Address changes will be handled at the time of payment.

Warning: If payment if not made by the due date, the installment
option is lost and the total tax is delinquent and subject to interest
and penalty. See reverse side of your property tax bill for a
complete explanation.

IN-PERSON TAX COLLECTION SCHEDULE
Taxes will be collected & dog licenses will be issued by the Town
Treasurer at National Exchange Bank & Trust, 114 North Fond du Lac
Ave. Campbellsport on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, Dec 26, 2017 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Wednesday, Dec 27, 2017 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Thursday, Dec 28, 2017 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Friday, Dec 29, 2017 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Saturday, Dec 30, 2017 from 8:30 am – 11:00 am
Monday, Jan 29, 2018 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Tuesday, Jan 30, 2018 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Wednesday, Jan 31, 2018 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

NEW THIS YEAR – PLEASE READ
• Tax Payments will be posted on the Fond du Lac County website in
“real time.” You can view the payment and print a receipt as soon as
it’s posted: www.fdlco.wi.gov; Property and Tax Data; “Click here to
view your Real Estate Property Tax Information.”

• Please note the new mailing address for the Town of Ashford
Treasurer: N2276 County Road V, Campbellsport WI 53010

• A separate check is required for dog license payments. They can no
longer be combined with real estate tax payments.

• No drop off mailbox will be available this year at my residence. I
apologize. However, there will be a drop box available during in
person tax collection hours at National Exchange Bank where you can
safely put your payment without waiting in line.

• Options for receiving a receipt: including a self addressed stamped
envelope with your payment for a hard copy; email receipt (include
your email address with your payment) or you can print out your
receipt on the Fond du Lac County website: www.fdlco.wi.gov
