TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE  that on October 30, 2018, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation  at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Kelly and Susan Riemann/Francis and Doreen Ruplinger, N2223 Hwy V, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Jacob Land Surveying LLC, W8057 Randallwood Lane, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to add 6.5 +/- acres to an existing non-farm residence.  Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to Residential.

Section 2 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
