TOWN OF ASHFORD: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 26, 2020, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010; the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Clover Hill Dairy LLC., W4306 Cloverland Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Compass Surveying LLC., N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.

Rezoning is to better reflect the zoning district with the current use of the property. Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to General Residential District.

Location: Part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 32 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
