TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 29, 2024 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 the Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Eric Matter & Nelita Matter, W2713 Century Drive, Campbellsport WI 53010.

Rezoning will be from Agriculture to Rural District. Rezoning is 18 acres.  Purpose of rezoning is to split into 3 parcels, 1 parcel is already zoned residential.  Eric Matter and Nelita Matter, W2713 Century Drive, Campbellsport WI 53010 are initiating the rezoning.

Location: N304 Lake Bernice Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010, E 1/2 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 – Section 35, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
