PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 29, 2024, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Eric Matter and Nelita Matter, W2713 Century Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Eric Matter and Nelita Matter, W2713 Century Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010, is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to split into 3 parcels, 1 parcel is already rezoned residential. Rezoning is 18 acres. Rezoning will be from Agriculture to Rural District.  Location: N304 Lake Bernice Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010, E 1/2 SE ¼ NE 1/4
Section 35 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting.

The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
