TOWN OF ASHFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 13, 2024 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 the Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Clover Hill Dairy LLC, W4306 Cloverland Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Residential. Rezoning is 5.593 acres. Purpose of rezoning is creation of new lot around existing single family home and outbuilding. Compass Surveying, N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.

Location: A part of the SE ¼ of the NE 1/4, Site address is N330 Memorial Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 Section 31, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
