TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 13, 2024, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010 the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Frank and Donna Stoffel, W2589 Haven Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying, N3756 Hickory Road, Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.

Purpose of rezoning is to create a new 5 acre lot for the construction of a new Single Family home. Rezoning is 5 acres. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Residential.

Location: A part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ , on the North side of Haven Drive, approximately 1330’
East of Elmore Drive Section 24 T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting.

The meeting is open to the public. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
