TOWN OF ASHFORD – FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN

LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024 at the Town of Ashford Town Hall, the Town of Ashford Town Board, Plan Commission, and Board of Appeals will conduct a joint public hearing on the application of GBJF Enterprises LLC for

(1) a rezoning of the property located at W4038 Campbell Drive from Farmland Preservation to General Agricultural, and

(2) a special exception authorizing the use of that property for commercial game management. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Following completion of the joint public hearing, the Town’s Plan Commission will convene to make a recommendation to the Town Board regarding the proposed rezoning.

The Town Board will then convene to receive the recommendation and take final action on it.

Following the Town Board meeting, the Board of Appeals will convene to act on the special exception.
