TOWN OF ASHFORD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 11, 2024, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010, the Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of GBJF Enterprises LLC (Dan Johnson) N2259 Timberlane Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010.

Mike Hermann, W4050 Campbell Drive Campbellsport, WI 53010 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to create a 2.02 acre lot for the construction of a new Single Family Home. Rezoning is 2.02 acres. Rezoning will be from Farmland Preservation to General Residential.

Location: A part of the NW ¼ – SW ¼ of Section 4 and part of the NE ¼- SE ¼ of Section 5. Proposed Lot 1 currently is used as cropland.
Section 4 & 5, T13N-R18E, Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting.

The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
