LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 4, 2015 at 6:00 pm, at the Town of Ashford Town Hall, N1410 Rolling Drive, Campbellsport, Wisconsin, the Town of Ashford Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the application of Batzler Trucking, Inc. for a Special Use Permit to conduct non-metallic mining operations and resource extraction on the property located in part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, the NE ¼, NE ¼, and part of the NW ¼, NE 1/4, Section 25, Township 13 North, Range 18 East, in the Town of Ashford in Fond du Lac County. The proposed property is owned by Michael H. Wiesner, and identified by Parcel Tax Identification numbers: T02-13-18-25-04-001-00, T02-13-18-25-01-001-00, and T02-13-18-25-02-002-00. The site is approximately 64.66 acres, and is zoned Exclusive Agricultural.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. The members of the Town of Ashford Town Board and Plan Commission may be in attendance, but will not take any action at the hearing. The Board of Zoning Appeals may take final action on this Special Use Permit request at the meeting.
