PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 21, 2021 @ 6:00 pm at the Ashford Town Hall, N 1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing for David Wondra(deceased), N1974 &N1978 Rolling Drive, Campbellsport, WI 53010 to create a lot with less than 200 feet of road frontage. Property is zoned General Residential. Existing single parcel has 2 homes on it, will be doing a CSM to split into 2 lots. Jacob Land Surveying LLC., W8057 Randallwood Lane, Fond du lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning.
