The Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its recommendation to the Town Zoning Board the application of Cloverhill Dairy LLC, W4306 Cloverland Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Rezoning will be from Exclusive Agriculture/ Farmland Preservation to General Agriculture District. Purpose of rezoning is to divide a 50.225 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 shall be a 9.018 acre lot, having a zoning of General Agriculture and Outlot 2 shall be a 41.205 acre lot, which shall remain in the Exclusive Agriculture zoning. The remaining acreage of the .002 acres falls within the road right-of-way of County Trunk Hwy H and will be dedicated via the Certified Survey map.
