Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 7, 2016, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2017 budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Ashford Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called to Section 60.12(1)(c)of Wisconsin Statues by the town board for the following purposes will be held:
1.To approve total highway expenditures for 2016 pursuant to Section 82.03 (3) of Wisconsin Statues.
2. To approve the 2016 town tax levy to be collected in 2017 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statues.
