TOWN OF ASHFORD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 9 2018, immediately following the Planning Committee’s recommendation at the Town of Ashford Hall, N1410 Rolling Dr., Campbellsport, WI 53010. The Zoning Board of the Town of Ashford will receive its recommendation of the Planning Committee concerning the application of Pollpeter Properties LLC/Steve Pollpeter, N1495 Hwy V., Campbellsport, WI 53010. Compass Surveying LLC, N3756 Hickory Rd. Fond du Lac, WI 54937 is initiating the rezoning. Purpose of rezoning is to create a 1 Lot certified survey map, having a total area of 13.730 acres. Of this total area, only 12.838acres lies within the Town of Ashford, the remaining .892 acres lies with the Town of Auburn. The total area in this application to be rezoned in the Town of Ashford is 12.838 acres, with 12.398 acres being the lot area and the area within the road-right-of-way is .440 acres of Century Dr. and will be dedicated to the Town of Ashford via the Certified Survey map. Rezoning will be Farmland Preservation to General Agricutural.

The Zoning Board will consider the Planning Committee’s recommendations as well as comments from the public. The Zoning Board will take final action on the application at this meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
