order to maintain this dam?”

its natural course?”

RESOLUTION TO EXCEED REVENUE CAP BEGINNING WITH THE 2010-11 SCHOOL
YEAR
BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the school District of Oakfield,
Fond du Lac and Dodge Counties, Wisconsin, that the school district
budget for each of the 2010-11 through 2013-14 school years shall
include, on a non-recurring basis, an amount of $700,000 in excess of
the revenue limits imposed by Section 121.91(2m) of the Wisconsin
Statutes for the purpose of paying school district operation and
maintenance expenses.

“Shall the School Board of the School District of Oakfield be
authorized to exceed the revenue limit under section 121.91(2m) of the
Wisconsin Statutes for each of the 2010-11 through 2013-14 school
years, on a non-recurring basis, by an amount of $700,000 for the
purpose of paying school district operation and maintenance expenses,
as provided in the foregoing resolution?”

“BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the Ripon Area School District,
Fond du Lac, Winnebago and Green Lake Counties, Wisconsin that there
shall be issued pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes,
general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $500,000 for the
public purpose of paying the cost of repairs and replacements
consisting of replacing the high school boiler and repairing roofs on
various school buildings.”

non-recurring purposes consisting of replacing textbooks updating
curriculum, updating technology, performing maintenance and replacing
vehicles.”
