2016 PROPERTY TAX COLLECTION NOTICE

Note: Town of Ashford Property Tax Bills were mailed December 6, 2016

How to Pay Your Taxes:
You are encouraged to pay by mail to avoid waiting in line; or drop
payment off in the locked mailbox next to the garage door at the
Treasurer’s residence at N2223 County Road V, Campbellsport

Payment amounts are included on the payment stub(s) located at the
bottom of your tax bill(s).  Enclose appropriate payment stub(s) with
your payments.  Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would
like a payment receipt.  Do not enclose the original tax bill.  

Payments will be accepted in the form of a personal check, cashier’s
check or money order.  Make checks payable to: Town of Ashford.   If
paying with an escrow check, verify the check meets or exceeds the tax
bill amount and endorse the escrow check.  Overpayments will be
refunded within four weeks of payment.  

Mailing Address changes will be handled at the time of payment.  

Name Changes are handled at the Register of Deeds Office -

Warning: If payment if not made by the due date, the installment
option is lost and the total tax is delinquent and subject to interest
and penalty.  See reverse side of your property tax bill for a
complete explanation.  

IN-PERSON TAX COLLECTION SCHEDULE
Taxes will be collected & dog licenses will be issued by the Town
Treasurer at National Exchange Bank & Trust, 114 North Fond du Lac
Ave. Campbellsport (park on the back side of the building) on the
following dates and times: 

Thursday, Dec. 29th, 2016 - 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday, Dec 30th, 2016 - 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday, Dec 31st, 2016 - 8:30 am to 11:30 am
Friday, Jan 27th, 2017 – 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday, Jan 28th, 2017 – 8:30 am to 11:30 am
